Our telemedicine service gives rural/semi-urban residents access to medical consultation by trained doctors 24 X 7. Doctors diagnose and provide treatment based on the information exchange. A prescription is then provided instantly to the customer. The prescription is provided in hard copy form and is also sent via SMS to the registered mobile number. Our telemedicine facility does not require a smartphone, as the consultations can be done via phone call too. Our doctors consult the patients according to the information provided by them and their medical records. A complete diagnosis is done in order to provide proper consultation.
