M-Swasth hosts health camps at or close to E-clinics. Free medical camps are set up with an aim to create health awareness and provide medical help to people, including vital tests like BP, Complete Blood Count, basic diagnostic checks, Blood sugar, etc. 

The health camp facilitates access to various medical specialists like women & child health specialists in the remote areas. M-Swasth has organized over 500 health camps to date, and currently conducts 100 health camps per month. To ensure greater access to healthcare services across all of the locations, the doctors physically visit the health camps once every three months.
